“NatCen had a full refresh of IT Infrastructure with an on-premise solution to meet specific client requirements of ensuring data was stored on premise.  The solution was put in place by a large organisation and once it was fully implemented and handed over, the company was very difficult to get hold of and assist in any development or problem resolution.  When we were in a really tough situation of backups failing and network performance degraded, I reached out to TechAlign, mainly due to an existing relationship with one of their senior consultants, who had worked on the initial solution when previously employed by the organisation in question.
